We’ve just taken on a fantastic new role for a multi-talented Private Personal Assistant to support a very successful couple, moving with their small children from the United States to London in this summer. Do you have extensive Private PA experience? Do you have acute attention to detail, are you ready to take on a newly formed Private Personal Assistant role and hit the ground running? This is a really exciting opportunity to make the role your own. They are looking for someone with a proven track record of organising families. Holidays to the most minute detail, they will literally want to know that you know what’s in the fridge, they want to know that you know where the most exclusive place to holiday is, which is the best restaurant to go to and who is the best private caterer for the home entertaining you have organised. It’s a really interesting opportunity and we couldn’t be more excited to introduce you as the perfect candidate for a challenging and fulfilling role. They will need somewhere to live, do you have experience organising a rental property, maybe somewhere exclusive to buy? What do you know about London schools? From light personal errands to complex diary and travel itineraries, you will be their go to person with regard to everything in their family life. Can you organise small gatherings and larger corporate dinners? Have you a system you use to manage a tight pace of events? Managing budgets and expenses, you will be dependable and reliable, you will be one step ahead. this is a role for someone who thrives in a busy, fast paced environment where no two days is the same. You will also work alongside their business EA based in the US to be sure all elements of their lives are organised and running smoothly at all times. The EA will want to know where they are, who they are seeing and be able to access all data because you have told the EA where everything is. You will work as a team, trust is utmost, experience is essential and energy and gumption a must. Salary £65-£70k depeding on salary history and experience.
