Assistant to Investor Relations Team

Great new role supporting Investor Relations at an Investment Firm in Mayfair. This is an incredible opportunity for someone with at least 2 years experience working as an Assistant at an Investment Firm.


They're a great team, your role would be varied and not your usual EA role. The company offers excellent work life balance, there is a lot to learn and it's an exciting, nurturing environment.

**You must have at least 2 years experience in the Investment industry**

Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Extensive diary management for the Business Development Team.

  • Responsible for scheduling client meetings.

  • Liaising with clients and tracking client activities.

  • Maintain and update the CRM system.

  • Organise Business Development Team’s travel and conferences.

  • Assist with travel and admin support for allocated portfolio managers

  • Work closely with Investor Services and Investment Support.

  • Responsible for client website registration process, working closely with Compliance.

  • Updating website users access.

  • Maintain distribution lists and send out all regular and ad-hoc mailings to clients.

  • Produce Monthly and Quarterly Internal Reports and work closely with the Team’s Publisher to deliver client materials (Presentations and Letters).

  • Organise Client Events and Initiatives.

  • Monitor the firm’s generic mailbox.

Our client is offering a salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum depending on salary history and industry experience + a competitive benefits package including a discretionary bonus depending on annual fund and personal performance.
