EA, Asset Management, Green Park

We are seeking a true right hand EA to the CEO of a boutique Asset Management Firm in Mayfair to provide comprehensive and seamless support for both business and personal life. We anticipate that the successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years operating at C-suite level, preferably in a boutique environment.

The role will be fast-paced & ever-evolving and the individual must maintain calm and efficiency

throughout whilst always being a step head and anticipating the CEO’s needs.

Key Accountabilities – please note this list is not exhaustive:

  • Complex diary management

  • Maintain contacts database ensuring any changes in investors are shared with relevant internal parties

  • Complex travel management

  • Client facing, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently and effectively

  • Inbox management for CEO

  • Gatekeeper for CEO’s time and diary and referring operational queries to other members of the team as relevant

  • Provide general administrative support to the CEO including preparing letters & presentations, document formatting & filling documents effectively

  • Ad hoc personal tasks for CEO e.g. holiday research, shopping etc.

  • Managing invoice payments, liaising with CFO

  • Corporate and personal banking, liaising with CFO

  • Collate CEO expenses and arrange reimbursement

  • Provision of staff building passes

  • Building relationships with CEO PAs in portfolio companies

  • Ensuring provision of papers for Board Meetings and travel

  • Maintain facilities in the office and escalate issues to building management or 3rd party maintenance

  • Work with IT support team to ensure new staff members are set up in advance of employment commencement

  • Meet & greet visitors and ensure refreshments available

  • Support the CEO and other senior team members with implementation and maintenance of the firm culture e.g., birthday cards & cakes, organising in-house team events

  • Monitor food supplies in the kitchen and alter orders as necessary

  • Ensure stationery supplies are fully up to date and cupboards kept tidy

  • Answer any incoming calls in a professional manner and pass messages as relevant

  • Liaison with Cleaner/Housekeeper and remote PA, delegating work to them to ensure seamless support to all staff

  • Further ad hoc requests as required by the CEO and broader team


  • 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays

  • Period between Christmas & New Year (non contractual and subject to CEO discretion)

Salary c. £50,000-£55,000 depending on experience and salary history
