Client facing and really busy, no two days would be the same.
You need to be a bright, outgoing self-starter who communicates well and is naturally highly organised. A positive can-do attitude is a must and you will have experience of working for a Senior Partner / CEO.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Take full responsibility for diary management including extensive travel arrangements, booking cars, flights and hotels, often reorganising at short notice
Extensive diary management for both Partners arranging internal and external meetings, Zoom and MS Zoom calls, liaising with key stakeholders and their Assistants
Inbox management for both Partners - checking, prioritising and flagging emails on a daily basis and dealing with correspondence where necessary in the Partners’ absence; including collation of any action points
Ability to spot ‘stress points’ and arranging calendar accordingly to ensure efficient management of the Partners time
Ensuring Partners are prepared for each meeting with all the necessary documents, printing of agendas, presentations and meetings papers and carrying out research as and when required
Attending team meetings and taking minutes as required
Organise key stakeholder meetings, dinners and communicating with senior business professionals
Maintaining and updating business contacts and filing systems
Prepare and bind investor presentations in a timely manner
Monthly Expenses
Booking restaurants, tickets and events
Building strong key stakeholder and company-wide relationships
Assistance with various projects
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS – ESSENTIAL
Previous experience as an EA at C-suite level
Familiar working teams in the US and Europe across different time zones
Quick learner – someone with a take the ball and run with it type of mentality
A multitasker who can managed conflicting agendas and constantly changing priorities.
Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
Excellent communication skills
Acute attention to detail
Presentable and highly polished individual
Exceptional standard of written and verbal English
Competent with Apple/Mac devices and Microsoft Office
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS - DESIRABLE
Degree educated
Experience within private equity, investment banking, finance, or consultancy
Salary c. £50,000-£55,000 depending on experience and salary history + discretionary bonus depending on company and personal performance
