Calling all Executive and Personal Assistants - are you looking to work as an Assistant for a boutique Hedge Fund in Mayfair, London? If the answer is yes and you have at least 2 years Finance experience, then please read on! Our highly successful client is looking for an ambitious Executive Assistant to support the Fund's Founder in both a business and personal capacity. This is an exciting opportunity for a super star Assistant to join this fast paced team. Duties will include but not be limited to: Executive Assistant o Provide secretarial and administrative support in the office o Diary management (Outlook) including organising meetings, lunches, dinners etc. o Arranging travel and accommodation o Act as gatekeeper o Screening calls taking messages, judging importance of message and act accordingly o General administration, correspondence, printing, copying, binding and filing o Process expenses o Booking couriers and ordering taxis o Any ad-hoc tasks o Occasionally meeting and greeting VIP guests and providing refreshments o Cover for team assistant/receptionist o Assist with events o Work closely with the investment and business teams Personal Assistant o Provide support for spouse and family o Diary management including PT sessions, doctor, hospital, dentist appointments and any other meetings, lunches, dinners and other invitations o Handling specific projects e.g., house move, birthday events and parties o Overseeing property and contact providers if needed o Planning, organising and booking holidays and travel arrangements including flights, private jets, hotels, villas, cars, drivers, chefs etc. o Pay household bills o General administration and filing o Running personal errands o Undertaking any ad-hoc tasks You will be working alongside a close knit team of Assistants. They offer great benefits, a fast paced environment but good hours and stunning offices to work in. Our client is offering a salary of £50,000 - £55,000 per annum and a competitive benefits package. The successful candidate for this role will have assistant experience (3-4 years), you must have worked within the financial sector for at least 2 years, be passionate about your job, be business aware and forward thinking.
