Calling all Executive Assistants/Office Managers - are you looking to work as an EA/OM for a boutique Investment Firm in Mayfair, London? If the answer is yes and you have at least 5 years experience within the investment industry, then please read on!


Our highly successful client is looking for an ambitious Executive Assistant to support the Fund's Founder, run a team of EAs and look after the Office Management. This is an exciting opportunity for a super star Assistant to join an extremely fast paced team.


**You must have experience in the Investment industry supporting executives at C-Suite level**


Duties will include but not be limited to:


Executive Assistant / Office Manager


  • Provide secretarial and administrative support in the office

  • Complex diary management (Outlook) including organising meetings, lunches, dinners etc.

  • Complex travel management

  • Act as gatekeeper

  • Process expenses

  • Booking couriers and ordering taxis

  • Meeting and greeting VIP guests and providing refreshments

  • Work closely with the investment and business teams

  • Project management

  • Work with suppliers

  • Liaise with IT

  • Ad hoc tasks

  • Manage a team of x3 EAs


Our client is offering a salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum depending on salary history and industry experience + a competitive benefits package including a discretionary bonus depending on annual fund and personal performance.
