Our highly successful client is looking for an ambitious Executive Assistant to support the Fund's Founder, run a team of EAs and look after the Office Management. This is an exciting opportunity for a super star Assistant to join an extremely fast paced team.
**You must have experience in the Investment industry supporting executives at C-Suite level**
Duties will include but not be limited to:
Executive Assistant / Office Manager
Provide secretarial and administrative support in the office
Complex diary management (Outlook) including organising meetings, lunches, dinners etc.
Complex travel management
Act as gatekeeper
Booking couriers and ordering taxis
Meeting and greeting VIP guests and providing refreshments
Work closely with the investment and business teams
Work with suppliers
Liaise with IT
Ad hoc tasks
Manage a team of x3 EAs
Our client is offering a salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum depending on salary history and industry experience + a competitive benefits package including a discretionary bonus depending on annual fund and personal performance.
