We have a new client moving to the UK, setting up an office of approximately 10 people to become the European arm of an International company with well over $30bn assets under management. It's an incredible opportunity to be an integral part of an embryonic office within a well established and flourishing firm.
Our client is looking for someone like you with a proven track record of high end EA support and Office Management experience. Whether you're making the coffee for an important investor meeting, sourcing and dealing with suppliers and managing a budget or managing complex and ever changing diaries and travel logistics, arranging events of various sizes, liaising with clients and working with other internal EAs across the globe, no job is too small and none too large. You will be the sole support to the office supporting the Head of Europe and 3 senior members of their team.
An absolute minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within Finance and/or Real Estate is imperative, you will have acute attention to detail and not be phased by the impossible. Being one step ahead at all times is paramount and most of all a great sense of humour will fit well with the team.
