Our highly successful client is looking for an ambitious Assistant to support an Investment professional and their small team. This is an exciting opportunity for a super star Assistant to join this fast paced team. If you speak Spanish, German, French or Italian that would be advantageous but it isn't a deal breaker if you don't.
Duties will include extensive diary management, travel planning/booking, expenses, organising events to name but a few. This role will suit someone who is very hungry to get involved, eager and driven; keen to learn and super switched on. The team is ambitious, friendly and approachable and really value their Assistants.
You will be working alongside a close knit team of EAs. They offer great benefits, a fast paced environment but good hours and stunning offices to work in.
Our client is offering a salary of £37,000 - £43,000 per annum and benefits package which will include: an annual discretionary bonus, 25 days holiday, life insurance, health insurance, pension.
The successful candidate for this role will have assistant experience (3-4 years), ideally working within the financial sector, be passionate about their job, business aware and forward thinking.
