Our client, a top Executive Search firm, is looking for a proactive and driven EA/Search Coordinator (with ideally 2 years of prior EA, PA or Team Assistant experience) to join their dynamic, close-knit London office, supporting 2 Directors and the wider team. This is the type of role that for the right candidate, after two years plus, you could start to really progress within the firm.
It is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is intellectually curious, has a strong work ethic and strives to really make the role their own. You will be expected to immerse yourself in the industry and get involved with various projects, take on the day to day administrative management of the office and collaborate with the company's global teams.
In addition to standard administrative duties, the role will allow you to get involved with a wide range of different aspects of the business including operations, process management and marketing. This is a long-term role that will offer an exceptional opportunity to continue to take on more challenges and consistently develop over time.
Our clients is looking for:
Degree level qualified
2+ years administrative experience (preferably within Executive Search)
A quick learner who is keen to learn on the job
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated and enthusiastic
Attention to detail and superb organisational skills
Positive and upbeat with a can-do attitude
Cool under pressure
A muck in together attitude
